My daughter attended ASU-online program and during finals last week, their software malfunctioned, resulting in her chemistry teacher giving her a zero for the entire class and insinuating 'academic dishonesty'. Another course exempted her from that final. We are out a couple thousand dollars. ASU will not help nor will the software company. What steps can we take to address this issue and what type of attorney should we look for if we need legal assistance?
