My daughter purchased a used car from a dealership in October. Within the first 30 days, she discovered that the rear end needed to be replaced, and the dealership wants to charge her a $250 deductible for the warranty. Is this legal, and shouldn't the dealer know that the vehicle they are selling needs a new rear end? The car was certified and fairly new, bought out of state.
