My daughter took the ACT in September and October. In September, she had mono and scored a 20, but in October, she scored a 26. ACT is now questioning her scores, citing a 6-point increase and similarities in wrong answers with someone sitting near her. We appealed with medical records, tutoring evidence, and recommendation letters, but ACT still has concerns. What are my options, and should I proceed with binding arbitration?
