We are being sued in Texas for building an RV park. A neighbor is suing us because she doesn’t like it. We got approved and a permit by the county/commissioners court. The suit started in county court and will now be going to District court. The neighbor claims we did not post the plan, but she had access to it and consulted her lawyer at the second hearing in county court. The county ruled in our favor both times. What should we do next?
