We have our horses boarded at the stables on Ft Rucker, AL, run by MWR. My wife is constantly harassed by MWR management over frivolous issues, often based on hearsay. We suspect a third party is stirring the pot to get us kicked out or moved to another stall. Where do I stand legally, and what can I say to MWR management to stop the harassment?

I was arrested for Public Intoxication (PI), but a local newspaper published my mug shot with the title 'Delivery driver found to be DUI' and 'see DUI page 4'. Since I was charged with PI and not DUI, is this considered slander, and can I sue the newspaper for this?

My son ordered a fake ID (marketed as a novelty) from a China-based company approximately two years ago. The ID was seized by customs in New York, and we now have received a letter asking about forfeiture. We do not want the ID and are unsure how to respond. We are also concerned about potential criminal actions resulting from this event, as the seizure occurred in New York and we live in Florida.
