My 'evidence repository' transferred from the trial to the appeal court and when I reviewed the exhibits in the clerks office the day before they went to the appellate court, I noted that there were THREE exhibits in duplicate (literally two B's, D's and L's)...this is a clear problem but how do I address it? The B's were a group of 6 pictures and in the other B exhibit the picture were drastically different, or I would say more molested. There was also document/exhibit L, an investigation report, that was completed back in Dec 2022 that contained 21 pages [and we identified it was different than the one that we received when the report went out to the parties and ours contained 32 pages...but no modifications were stipulated to during the trial]

I am a public official. A person requested a 911 call that I made and blasted it along with my personal phone number (doxed) on social media nationally. I was inundated with emails, texts, and phone calls on my personal phone, many were of sexual, harassing, or vulgar in nature. I had to change my phone number that I had for 25 years, causing ongoing disruption. They also targeted my husband in texts. Do we have a doxxing case based on the new Washington State doxing laws?

I am filling out a counterclaim form and one of the questions asks for the plaintiff's claimed principal amount. Since I do not have an exact amount, can I write 'To be calculated' and file it with that statement? If not, how should I handle this situation, and is there a deadline for amending the petition once it's filed?

We are appealing the Summary of Judgment in the California Superior Court due to misconduct, fraud, and deceit in arbitration. We were unable to obtain legal counsel due to the MICRA Law. We need to find past California or Federal court cases where the plaintiff was granted an extension without using the form and cases where arbitration was taken over by the California Superior or Federal Court due to misconduct, fraud, and deceit. Can you provide guidance on where to find such cases?
