I have a civil judgment from 2018 in Middlesex Superior Court that I was unaware of until recently. The plaintiff has filed for a summons to the judgment debtor at Gloucester District Court on April 11. I disagree with the judgment and want to know if I can appeal it or request a new trial. Additionally, I believe the plaintiff provided false testimony at the trial, and I want to know if I can sue them for this or if there is any other legal recourse available to me.
