However, she initiated and encouraged the encounter with her words, and she was not noticeably impaired. She mentioned that we had previously discussed not having sex again, but I believed her actions indicated a change of mind given our recent closeness. I'm filing my taxes and trying to figure out if I can get a tax return on my student loan. A family member loaned me the money, but we have a contract and I've been paying interest as well. When I googled it, it says that Form 1098-E is filed by 'loan services'. Does that mean my family member can't file that form for me? Is there another way to get the student loan tax return? I have a contract as well as statements when I made payments.

Our public library is disseminating sexually explicit content in books to minor children in Idaho. When I confronted the library director and asked if they could move these books to an adult-only or other restricted areas, she said they can't by law, it's a first amendment issue. Is this true? Can they, legally, 'move' not remove, but just move the books so small minor children can't access them?
