My ex-husband was killed in Iraq 3 weeks ago. He was not paying child support as ordered, and he stayed in Iraq to avoid paying. I provided the child support office with all the information I had on him to get support and raise the amount from $200.00. I never heard back from them. Now that he is deceased, and there is money in accounts here and in Iraq, he was not married at the time of his death and my son is his only dependent. What are my rights to get back and future support? Can his estate pay what is owed?

When filing papers in court, I need to include Proof of Service, which means the Proof of Service I mail to the other party will not have a filing stamp. The other party keeps objecting to my papers because her Proof of Service does not have a court filing stamp. Why is this happening and what can I do about it?

I built a backyard roller coaster. I am not a licensed contractor. I have been mentored by an actual roller coaster designer and carpenter, and the work is very professional. I would like to help people who want a backyard coaster to build one. I would not charge for my service or time, as it would be enjoyable and help me prepare for a job offer to work on large professional coasters in early 2019. The only expenses would be for the materials. I am concerned about liability. Could I create an LLC or something similar to protect myself, or draw up paperwork? I want to help but also protect myself.
