My ex is refusing to let my daughter stay the night with me this week. We are still married, and I have filed for divorce. My daughter has been staying with my ex mostly, and I am only requesting to see her a few times a week so she can be at home for school. What do I tell her, as I know she can't deny me access to my daughter?

My neighbor is blaming us for her dogs pulling her down and dragging her because our dogs were loose and she thought the dogs might get into a fight. Our dogs did nothing because they’re not aggressive. They didn’t make any contact. Is there any culpability?
