My ex-partner is driving a vehicle that is in both of our names, and I had helped pay half of it for four years. He plans to sell the vehicle without my consent. I have been violated by the system on both state and federal levels for over 10 years. I've tried to get my case heard, but no lawyer will take it because they are afraid the FBI is involved. Some of the issues have reached the statute of limitations, but not all. I want to know how I can get my case heard and if I can sue the state or county for the mistreatment I've experienced, including medical malpractice and unconstitutional treatment by the police. Additionally, I want to know the statute of limitations for suing mental hospitals and mental health clinics, and if there is a way to file a motion to toll the statute of limitations due to being in jail when the police tried to poison me.

I don't bother anyone and stay to myself. I would like to know who these people are and why they are targeting me.

Three months after signing a contract with Paradise Home Improvement for a shower remodel in two bathrooms, the installer informed me that they cannot acquire the shower floor pan we wanted. I am considering canceling the contract because the price they demand does not match the quality of work and materials we expected. We were shown better quality work by the salesperson and were assured of custom fittings that now seem impossible due to space constraints. The installer also confused different metal colors and failed to provide the agreed-upon materials, leading to multiple install cancellations. Given these issues, how can I safely cancel this contract without owing the full $30,000 for work that has not yet started or been completed?
