My brother was charged with multiple felonies regarding grand theft and falsifying loan documents. He entered an 'open plea' at his attorney's suggestion and was sentenced to 50 years, 10 years in jail and 40 years of probation. The other co-defendants received probation. Can his plea be rescinded? How can we get this done for him?
