My wife and I had a family trust, and our lawyer charged $4500 for it. My wife has now passed away, and the lawyer is asking for an additional $2000 to terminate the trust and write a new one for me. I thought the original trust would roll over automatically as we pass. Is this correct?

I need help to find out if I have the right to visitation with my grandchildren. I made a report to the child abuse hotline about my daughter not taking care of my grandchildren, and I have been the primary caregiver while she was at work. Now that she is under investigation, she refuses to let me see the kids. Do I have any rights to being able to see my grandchildren again?

I was in a car accident two weeks ago where no one got hurt. My car is damaged and I am waiting for the other person's insurance to call. Yesterday, I received a letter from an attorney, Nettie Krivosheyev, PC, about representing me in a physical damage case. I have never heard of this person, have no injuries, and she sent a copy of my police report from the accident. How did she get this information and are there any privacy charges I can bring against her since she had no right to my information?
