My sibling lives in another state, and the bank requires her presence to liquidate assets. If my witness (animal necropsy doctor) is asking me to send him a subpoena for deposition and cc'ing my defendant to this email, is it okay? Additionally, I have a trial for gross negligence and breach of contract on January 19 for my dog who was killed during microchipping. The necropsy report states severe dorsal bleeding, no microchip found, and possible trauma. Is the report enough to state the cause of death, or do I need to prove it further? I am pro se and do not have an attorney yet.
