After walking into a restroom full of smoke from weed and reporting it on 5/17/16, I have been bullied by my boss ever since. My identity, which was supposed to be concealed, is now all over the job site. What are my rights, and what can I do about the mistreatment I have faced?

My ex-boyfriend borrowed my truck, wrecked it, and it's fixable but will cost a lot of money. The truck still has a loan of $2,900+ and no insurance. I'm considering suing him for small claims but am unsure for what exactly. The accident happened 5 months ago, and I'm stuck with the truck in my driveway, having to tow it twice and pay the loan monthly. The truck runs but is not drivable. What should I sue him for, and what are my chances of winning the case?

I applied for TSA clearance approximately one year ago and paid the $85 fee. I have never officially been informed that I am on the TSA list, do not know my TSA number, and have not received a card with my number on it. How can this confusion be cleared up?

I purchased a round trip ticket to Costa Rica from 5/29/16 to 6/17/16. I just realized that my U.S. passport expires on July 11/16. The Costa Rican Embassy and JetBlue say that's okay. Will I have a problem with TSA?
