My friend was taken out of a job she was doing fine in and deliberately placed in a job that her supervisor and HR knew she struggled with due to her learning disability, and was fired 8 days later. She had informed her supervisor and HR about her learning disability, was in the process of modifying her restrictions for reasonable accommodations, and had filed a claim with the EEOC. Can she proceed legally, and is there a basis for a lawsuit?
