My husband, a Navy Commander, fears the Navy will find out about an issue, but believes his rank will prevent discharge or loss of rank. However, he may lose retirement money and health services. If he does, a 'Contract' sounds better than nothing, which is what I will be left with if he loses everything. Should I consider a long divorce? He retires in 2 years.

The father of my child and I are no longer together. He is willing to pay child support but we don't want to go to court. He is a registered sex offender who molested a 13-year-old (not my child's father) about 5 years ago. I need to know the percentage he should pay for child support, whether he should provide medical insurance, pay out-of-pocket expenses like co-pays, and cover daycare expenses. I also need guidance on supervised visitation. Can someone help me with the answers to this?
