My husband and I are going through a divorce which will be final in March. He asked for us to take out the 401k because we were both struggling. I helped him a lot since he doesn't know English well. I live in Texas. Will I get in trouble for doing that if he doesn't want to give me anything in writing stating he gave me permission?
