I purchased Apple iTunes cards at a grocery store and put a total of $1000 on them (4 cards). I never used them and now would like to return them to the seller. The store manager refuses to take them back, saying that I need to return them to Apple. Apple rep says that I need to return them to where I bought them and Apple will repay the cards' value to the reseller, but not to me directly as they do not have access to the transaction. Can I pursue the seller (grocery store) to take the cards back, and if yes, how can I do that? Is there any law protecting me as a consumer in this situation, and if so, how should I proceed?

I sent $2500.00 for a fishing trip, but the weather turned bad and the tuna stopped biting. The captain agreed to refund my deposit, but now he refuses and suggests rescheduling. The invoice stated no refunds if canceled within 30 days. I have a text message as proof of his agreement to refund. What are my legal options, and where should I file the paperwork?

Recently, attorneys for the Plaintiff in a foreclosure case misrepresented to the court that I had conferred with them and had no objections, which was a lie. I sent the attorneys a written letter objecting to their motion. Is there anything I can ask the court to do to hold the attorneys accountable for committing fraud upon the court?

I have a seasonal cabin on 11 acres outside Stamford, NY. My new neighbor built a cabin and started having rave parties on his adjoining 15 acres, where the music is so loud that it prevents me from having peace and even vibrates my trailer. I cannot reason with him or get advance notice of when the parties are happening. Do I have any recourse, especially since both our parcels are on a private road?
