My husband of 20 years walked out and I found out he has been cheating for 3 years. We live in North Carolina and the house is jointly owned. What steps should I take next to protect my rights and ensure I'm not left homeless?

I need advice on a situation since my Aunt passed away. The will states that everything should be divided equally, but I don't feel this has been done. I have representation, but they haven't been advocating for me, and there were no official papers signed or any kind of agreement, just a word of mouth referral. Where is this occurring, and what steps have you taken so far?

I am new to business and have a small car dealership and mechanic shop under my mother's name due to old felony charges. I recently discovered she filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy, which is affecting my business credit. How can I remove her name from the LLC, and is it possible for two LLCs to operate under one roof, such as a car lot and a mechanic shop?

I sold my Business (LLC) to a buyer who paid in full and we signed and notarized the Business Purchase Agreement. Now the buyer is backing out, stating he will not sign the new lease with the landlord. Can he break the agreement? Does the 3-day rule apply to this sale? If we mutually decide to cancel it, can I ask for reimbursement for damages?

I'm looking for information on the contaminated water at Camp Lejeune. My dad was stationed there from 1987-1990 and passed away in 2014. What legal options are available for his situation?

I have a home flood situation in San Antonio, TX, caused by sewer water due to a builder's mistake (failing to remove a 'knockout pipe' after construction). My entire upstairs floor was flooded, soaking through my downstairs ceilings and walls, and the foundation is soaked with sewer water. I submitted a ticket with management, but they are only patching up the damage instead of fully repairing it, and I fear this will cause future issues and is hazardous. I requested to be moved to a new home as I do not feel safe putting my kids back in that house. What legal steps can I take to address this situation?
