My husband's driver's license was suspended in Arizona over 12 years ago. We now live in Georgia and want to get him a license, but Georgia DMV won't issue one until Arizona reissues the license. We filled out a packet from Arizona DMV and returned it, but the court records were purged and they couldn't provide proof that the charges were settled. Georgia DMV still refuses to issue a license and has no advice for us. What should we do to get him a license or at least a permit to get to work and back?
