My husband was admitted to the hospital for a shoulder/rotator cuff reversal surgery on April 4. He was overmedicated with morphine, resulting in a comatose state, induced coma, hearing loss, difficulty walking, and PTSD. He also developed a granuloma on his vocal cords due to the breathing tube. Do we have a negligence case, and what steps should we take to pursue it?
