My husband, who is now deceased, stored his antique 1926 Model T in his brother's garage since 2001. My husband died in 2014, and I told his brother I would retrieve the car and compensate him from the sale for storage. He initially agreed but has refused to return the car for the last two years. I have the title in my possession, and my husband did not give him the car. I am in Butler County, PA, and he is in Allegheny County, PA. What can I do to recover my car, and do I have a legal matter?

I am a mental health patient at a job in Illinois where my privacy was violated by a coworker who overheard a private conversation with my medical provider and reported false allegations to management. Management has treated me unfairly, and I feel my rights are being violated. What should I do?

I am a travel nurse working in California. I was verbally told I would get time and a half for the last four hours of my 12-hour shift, per CA state law. However, I received only straight time on my first check. My company informed me that the hospital has an alternate work week, so I don't get overtime until after 40 hours in the week. I have been at the same hospital for over a year and have not signed any alternate work week agreements. All other travelers here get the time and a half for the last four hours. Do I have a case, and have they also not been paying me double time for anything over 12 hours in a shift?

A year and a half ago, I blew the whistle on a job, and the OSHA employee I spoke with said I would receive a report of the findings, but I never did. I tried reaching out to him, but he ignores me. The job was shut down, and peers were interviewed, but I was not. I believe I deserve the report to set the record straight. The job was 'at will' and full-time, located in Media, Delaware County, PA. I am still dealing with the issues that led me to blow the whistle, and due to trusting the OSHA employee, I faced negative employment consequences, including being laid off and unable to find a new job since. Why can't the OSHA employee send me the report, and could a separate lawsuit from another person prevent OSHA from sending me the report?
