My lawyer has been trying to contact my husband and his lawyer for months with no reply. She set a date for trial in April and has sent a deposit to my husband, his mom, and his brother-in-law about the contested business we have together. Are they all required to show up to the deposition? What happens if they don’t? My main concern is my husband and I have scheduled trial and he nor his lawyer have replied. She even had a process server serve him a subpoena at his home which he received by hand. Yet still no reply. Can this harm my case if he and his family are not complying?

Yes, if they were served with a notice to appear for a deposition, they are required to participate....

Is it legal for a school to deny a child with ADHD a 504 plan or IEP based on the observations of a substitute teacher who claims the child can be redirected and has good grades, despite the child's regular teacher and medical diagnosis supporting the need for accommodations?

I’m still waiting on help to recover my Facebook account. The hacker removed my email address, phone number, and changed my password. They are now trying to sell a car under my profile. I need my account back and can’t get any help.

Can I post photos of my husband and his mistress on my social media accounts with factual captions, given that the photos were taken from my husband's phone with his knowledge, and some were sent to him by his mistress or their friends? Will this action violate any legal rights of the individuals involved or affect my divorce proceedings in New York?

My child is coming to Armenia to study medicine in September 2024. What type of visa is available for parents to accompany her initially to settle her in, including renting accommodation? The mother needs a long-term visa to stay with her, and the father needs a short-term visa for assistance.

I have a friend who bought a 2021 vehicle approximately 2 years ago. When she recently went to register it, the vehicle required a smog inspection and failed due to a missing catalytic converter. The smog technician suggested that an illegal sensor was placed on the vehicle to hide the missing component, which she suspects was done by the dealership due to similar complaints against them. Is there a statute of limitations for this issue? Is there an automotive bureau she can contact? And could this potentially lead to a class action lawsuit?
