My manager sent an email to the entire Las Vegas Management team about my daughter's emergency appendectomy without my knowledge or permission. I only told her about the surgery because I needed time off to care for my daughter. I was terminated after expressing my discomfort with the disclosure. In 2005, I had an MRI due to an auto accident. The medical imaging place failed to bill my insurance and later sent the account to collections without my knowledge. I disputed the mark on my credit report and it was removed. Now, the collection agency claims I still owe double the original amount. If I already disputed it and the bureau removed it, can they put it back on my credit report? What can I do?

I bought a car for $18,891 with the seller stating it was an 'out of the door' price, meaning all included. However, I noticed on the sales contract that I am being charged $1,724 in tax on the car price. I didn't have a chance to read all the paperwork thoroughly before signing due to the fast pace of the transaction. What should I do to address this issue, and do you think I have a case if I open a dispute?
