My sister's ex-girlfriend paid for 2 airline tickets and now wants the money back, threatening to file a report. There was no written contract, just a verbal agreement. On August 29, 2019, my son and I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Nalley Toyota of Roswell, with me co-signing the loan. We discovered later that the truck was not four-wheel drive as advertised and stated on the vehicle buyer's order, but rather two-wheel drive. The price difference between a four-wheel drive and a two-wheel drive is about five thousand dollars. Additionally, my credit score dropped from 800 to 720 due to loan application rejections from other banks after co-signing with Sun Trust. Is there any chance of Nalley Toyota reimbursing me the price difference, and can they be held accountable for the impact on my credit score?

I have received a Motion for Summary Judgement from a debt collector, but the full amount they are suggesting is owed is incorrect, and items listed in their Affidavit of a witness are factually incorrect. I have already tried contacting them regarding the incorrect amount owed, but they refused to respond. I am uncertain how to proceed with a response or how to handle this. What steps should I take to draft an Opposition to the Motion for Summary Judgment and what format should I use?
