My mother and I moved into a single dwelling house. Shortly after, my dad moved in with his children from a previous marriage, and they decided to get married. My dad never put his name on the house; the original trust deed had my mom's brother, myself, my brother, and my sister. They have all passed away, leaving me as the only living dependent. I have quarterly incentives and met my objective last quarter for a bonus. The first day of the next quarter, I saw my bonus go into my account then taken right out. There is a stipulation in company policy that they have the right to not pay you if you are under written warning during the quarter, which I was. I have direct deposit and just received my bonus paystub. They still are not going to pay me. Am I entitled to the bonus since they actually sent me a paystub?

I just found out that my grandchild isn't the child of the husband. The wife had an affair. Does the real father have to legitimatize the child before he can have visitation rights? I live in another state. Can not do anything, just want to know what is ahead of me. The wife is from another state too. What happens as far as the child goes?
