I was an employee at Nordstrom and took a coat out of the store without signing it out, intending to reserve it for a customer who comes in for personal shopping appointments. I brought the coat back within 24 hours. Three weeks later, Loss Prevention questioned me, and I admitted to taking the coat and two sweaters (valued under $200) during my employment. They terminated my employment, made me sign an Admonishment agreement, and required me to pay $200 in restitution. The police were not called. What is the likelihood of them filing a police report or prosecuting me, and does this include criminal prosecution?

This is a contract between talent that I represent and a live streaming company. Clause 3.14 requires the talent to share every single broadcast on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
