My mother passed away on June 1st, and my brother is the executor of her estate in Indiana. There are 4 siblings, including myself. The estate is being handled by an estate attorney. My brother has the first right to purchase the property but has not disclosed his means to purchase, nor has he ordered an appraisal after 8 months. I am concerned about the timing and want to know if there are any legal requirements for him to disclose his purchase status, the timing for him to execute the purchase, and if I can speak to the estate attorney in confidence without involving the other siblings.

My tenant's lease is expiring, and she acknowledged she will vacate the apartment at the end of her lease. I also sent her a 30-day notice for her to vacate. Now, in the third week of the ending month, she wants to extend for a month, but I already have a new tenant moving in from the 1st of the month. Can I legally evict her in Jersey City if she no longer will be on the lease?

In California, if my drone crash lands on someone's property and the property owner denies knowing about it despite my immediate request for its return, what legal recourse do I have to retrieve my drone or its value, especially if the property owner is known to me and there are personal disputes involved?

How can I get Judge Mary Manley in Moab, Utah, disbarred and removed from her seat for allegedly lying under oath, infringing on my First Amendment rights, restricting my right to travel under the Fourteenth Amendment, and imposing unconstitutional verbal restrictions without proper documentation? Additionally, how can I involve the state bar association in my case?

I have a year-to-year lease in California, and my landlord is trying to sell the condo, giving us 30 days to move out. The lease ends on February 15th, and they didn't provide a 30-day notice for non-renewal. Are they within their rights to kick us out, and what can I do to stay for another year under the lease agreement?

I was involved in an international timeshare transaction where I was initially asked to pay $6444, but three days later, I was informed of an additional tax of 16-35% (approximately $29,000) levied by Mexico. The contract initially stated that the buyer would pay this tax. If I decide to break the contract, what legal repercussions could I face, and how can I protect myself from potential legal actions in the United States?
