My mother's attorney has her will in his safe, and we no longer intend to use his services. How can she legally retrieve her will from him? I live in Georgia and had the flu. My pharmacy filled TamiFlu for me and my 3-year-old son as a preventative measure. The pharmacist's son goes to the same daycare as my son. When I went to the daycare, the worker told me I couldn't enter because I had the flu but allowed my son in because she knew he was taking Tamiflu. I believe this violates the Privacy Act since the pharmacist shared my medical information. Am I correct, and can I sue the pharmacy for this breach of privacy?

My son-in-law's mother had a stroke and heart attack on a cruise in Puerto Rico, and is now in a poverty-ridden hospital with poor conditions. They want to bring her back to California but are facing difficulties. How can they find a medical lawyer or get assistance to bring her back?

We signed a lease in June 2015 stating we would leave on November 5th, but had to stay until November 25th due to my son's class schedule. We paid for November on November 1st. Now, we are being charged $494. What is the reason for this charge and how was that figure determined?
