My mother's caregiver received a $250.00 parking ticket for parking in a church lot in the District of Columbia during a festival where there were no available spaces for blocks. Can I dispute the ticket for her online (I have supporting documentation), or does the dispute have to come from her?

I have a judgment against me for a house I lost in 2010. How will that affect me getting another home loan, and what are my options if I don't have the money to pay it off? Additionally, how does this judgment affect my ability to get other types of loans, and does it show up on credit reports for car loans?

If a person acts as their own attorney, how can they question themselves? Can someone else, not an attorney, do it? I have a multiple glandular condition that may cause me to run out of energy and lose focus during the trial. What can I do to manage this situation, such as using a recording of my voice to ask questions, 'tag teaming' with my lawyer, or having someone else ask questions?

My son filed for personal bankruptcy due to the failure of his construction business. A client was wrongfully named as a creditor, and despite efforts to correct this, the client is still involved in the case, claiming fraud. My son has provided evidence to refute these claims, but the judge appears biased. How can we disqualify the judge, and is there a legal doctrine allowing recovery of legal fees if my son wins the case?

I had a hearing on the Defendant's Motion to dismiss my 3rd Amended Complaint as the Plaintiff and lost. I argued that there was a new ongoing tort and new damage due to negligence during the cleanup, which should move me back into the statute of limitations. However, the judge asked if I argued ongoing and new damage in the original complaint, and I mistakenly said I did, which would bar me from arguing the same allegation in the 3rd Amended Complaint. I am preparing a Motion for a rehearing to clarify this before appealing. Am I going about this the right way, and if what I say is true and documented, will the judge give me a rehearing? Am I correct in understanding that the 3rd Amended Complaint must contain new allegations not considered in the original complaint?

How do I find case law that's on point? I feel like every case I find isn't really similar enough.
