My moving company, Colonial Van Lines, has not delivered our belongings since July 28th. They were supposed to bring them to Gastonia, North Carolina, but now claim they are in Florida. We have called and emailed multiple times, even reaching out to the company's president and vice president, but have received no resolution. They have brought someone else's items to our house and demanded payment for them. We have no refrigerator or household items, and have been paying for two rent bills. We are frustrated and don't know where to turn. What legal actions can we take to resolve this issue?

I was in a car accident where I was found at fault, but I believe the other driver was also at fault. The officer didn't talk to my witness, and my insurance company is not properly investigating the incident. What steps can I take to challenge the report and ensure a fair investigation?

I have a hearing scheduled for August 24, 2021, at 2:30 PM EST by phone to try to stop a motion to revive a judgment. The judgment is in Ohio, and I live in Nevada. I have already answered the judgment. I want this judgment to disappear. What defenses can I use to oppose the motion to revive the judgment?

I gifted a car (under bankruptcy) to my wife so she could trade it in to get a vehicle with a warranty. The company with the lien on it gave the dealer a 10K payoff, but then demanded an additional 10K, which would have been the original amount before bankruptcy. What recourse do I have, given that we've already made the purchase, put money into the vehicle, and made two payments?
