His father has not paid for his court-ordered health coverage or medical expenses and has been delinquent in his child support. My sister was told she could not collect the arrears since her son is now of majority age. Can she file in court for the arrearages and continued support due to his serious disabilities, especially since his father has had a significant increase in salary and is quite well off?
