My father owned his mobile home but rented the lot from Pennwood Crossing. They evicted the occupants for nonpayment last month. I am the executrix of the estate and have provided them with the death certificate and short certificate. They claim my paperwork is invalid as a year has passed since my father's death and refuse to talk to me. Do I have any rights to information on the property or able to sell it? The property is currently locked. Can they just take possession of the home and personal property inside? Is it best to just abandon it at this point?

Florida condo law allows owners to record meetings. It also says the 'division' may adopt reasonable rules governing the recording and videotaping of the meeting. It does not say association boards are allowed to adopt rules. Has the division come out with rules governing recording meetings? I have heard condo association boards have adopted rules governing recording meetings. Am I missing something?

I have a TSA PreCheck number, TT1116RNS, and recently it doesn't always show up on boarding passes and at some places, when I go for a replacement at the airport airline desk, they say I need something in writing. Is there a way I can get a written confirmation of my number? Thank you. It would be helpful.

I won a case in CA superior court for $50,000 and placed a lien against the husband's property, which is under a family trust. Can they still sell their home? Can this lien judgment have real effect? What are my options to collect? What else could I do if the husband goes bankrupt or if I want to garnish the wife's wages?
