My parents-in-law designated someone I don't like as the executor of their will without telling me, and I know all their money is intended for my kids. If I die, I don't want this person to take care of my kids. What can I do?

I stepped out from behind a fence I was installing and came face to face with a young girl who was walking by. No contact, no words, no interaction. I continued to work, she continued to walk. I don't know what she told her folks, but I am now considered the scum of the earth in my town. No one will talk to me, women flee, and men look at me with murder in their eyes. I am a regular guy with no criminal record, but all parties involved are unapproachable. My life is ruined, even my daughter hates me, and my wife says I'm crazy. Everyone denies hearing anything, but the situation grows exponentially. Should I consider going to the prosecutor, as he is local and privy to this rumor, but unsure of what to do?

My son was tested for special education. His nonverbal IQ is 145, academics are in the range of 125-140, but his communication and language skills are between 85-110, with most scores in the 90s. Testing for autism/Aspergers was also done, showing a significant difference between his behavior at school and at home/in the community. The school marked everything as 'normal' in a structured classroom, but at home, his scores were 'clinically significant' for autism/Aspergers. He has difficulty making friends, communicates using concrete language, and is highly disorganized unless structure is provided. I believe he should qualify under autism spectrum disorder due to the significant discrepancy between ability and performance in communication. The school says he's DNQ because his academic scores are too high. Where do we stand on being able to have him qualified for minimal services hours by SLP (pragmatics) and RSP (writing/math word problems -- organizing skills)?

I was originally sentenced to 3 years suspended with 2 years of mandatory parole, concurrent with 4 years of probation. This would result in 1 year in DOC (Department of Corrections) with 2 years of mandatory parole. I successfully discharged the parole. After probation took over, I believed I was finished. However, probation wanted me to move to their county, even though parole had allowed me to buy a house in a different county. The judge revoked my probation and unsuspended the 2 years of DOC that I had already discharged. What are my options?

My dentist allowed her office manager access to her D.E.A. number. The office manager used my patient information along with the D.E.A. number to acquire prescriptions under my name (12 prescriptions of antibiotics & narcotics from one pharmacy). I have been denied life insurance due to the undocumented medication prescriptions ($500,000 policy). Do I have cause for suit against the dentist for negligence?
