My sister wants to take me to court over my dog. She purchased the dog in 2012 but I have been taking care of and paying for all of the dog’s needs since 2015. She only has paperwork for the purchase of the dog that was done in Bolivia. All the registrations in the US are under my name. Can she take the dog away from me?

I have a civil lawsuit coming up in a few days with Capital One over credit card debt. I want to know what form I need to ensure they don’t take annuity money and how to have recognition of title transfer for a car that my son owns, which is the third car in our name. Additionally, I need to know if I need to do anything regarding the title transfer. The car was bought four years ago, and we have the title. We don’t have any extra money to settle with Capital One.

I have a long-planned vacation coming up and I'll be flying from Houston to Mexico for 4 days. I have round-trip tickets. I have just been made aware that a warrant may be issued for me while I am gone. How will this affect my airport experience when I fly home? Will I be arrested? Is there a chance I may not be? I plan to contact an attorney as soon as I get home and deal with this properly, however, I'd rather not have an arrest happen at the airport. How likely is that?
