My son applied for EBT previously for himself and his daughter. He recently renewed his application but his daughter was not included in the approval, leading to reduced benefits. He then reapplied to add her. Was this fraud, as nobody lied to get more benefits, and he just wanted to get what they were previously receiving? This is in Florida.

I filed a small claims suit against Equifax regarding the data breach. I'm asking for $7K, $150 court fees, and treble damages. Equifax will likely not show up for this.
