My stepson is on probation for a minor altercation until he is 18. He is now 17 years and 9 months old. The probation department knows he has been thrown out of school but does not want to intervene as he is almost 18. They do not want to go back before a judge because they believe it will be embarrassing. He is not doing anything except staying out and having fun. Legally, can I throw him out of my house now or do I have to wait until he is 18?
