My vehicle was towed in Seattle based on the officer's suspicion that my car was stolen. The officer never received my confirmation that my vehicle was stolen. The Seattle Police left a voicemail asking if my vehicle had been stolen, but by the time I got to my voicemails, my car was towed. Do I have a case to sue the police officer for police harassment and the towing expense?
