Eric C. asked
My web host's new business owner failed to ensure my websites were operational, resulting in significant sales loss. The owner claims he was unaware of the need for domain verification via email, which I also did not receive. Can I sue him for my losses or what would be my method of coming to some agreement for a reasonable reimbursement back to me for the losses due to his actions/non-actions?

My ex-spouse wants to send the children alone on a plane to another state to spend the week with another family, not in his presence. What are my legal options if I do not consent to this arrangement?
