I have a 1-year gym membership where I pay $288/month. I was suspended due to inconsistent attendance, yet they continue to withdraw money from my account, now twice a month. The owner claims the contract allows them to demand full payment immediately if I'm suspended or revoked. This seems dishonest to me. Shouldn't the person paying be the one to suspend the service? What are my options?

My ex-husband's girlfriend has been sending me harassing emails for the last 2 years. Recently, my son visited his father without my knowledge, and after this visit, a file containing all her harassing emails disappeared, and my email was accessed by a new device. I was about to file a restraining order after discovering that this woman slept with her best friend's son. Do I have any legal recourse, and can I be certain that my son's phone was unlawfully accessed?
