The lender is now demanding payment with interest, claiming a waiver of statute of limitations defenses. Is such a waiver permitted under Oklahoma law?

I need help with an election complaint. My mail-in ballot request was rejected by the county because it couldn't be sent to an out-of-county address. As a truck driver, I don't know where I will be, but I could manage to file out and mail the ballot. Does this law violate the rights of truck drivers? I'm in Wichita County, and the online complaint form is read-only. I mailed my request on October 24th and received a letter postmarked October 31st stating I should reply by October 28th. The election office said there's nothing they can do to change it because that's the law.
