On December 16th, I tried calling 911 on my T-Mobile phone, but the call failed. I had to run to my neighbor's to get them to call 911 for my dying wife, which delayed her aid. She passed away as a result. I want to sue T-Mobile for negligence in providing emergency services, for which I pay monthly. What type of lawyer can assist me, and what steps should I take?

As an international student with work authorization, I did work for a customer without a contract and received payment via Venmo. The customer is threatening to sue me for breach of contract and wants his money back. Will this affect my immigration status or future employment records, and can he legally sue me?

My husband and I have two kids, and he has another child from a previous relationship who is 10 years old. He has been paying child support and actively involved in his son's life. However, the mother recently remarried a military man and they have moved around a lot, limiting my husband's visitation. My husband is currently in a 13-month rehab program in Texas and wants to know what steps to take upon his return regarding custody and ensuring his rights. They currently live in Colorado, and we live in Tennessee.
