I am a retired military war-disabled soldier with PTSD and major depression, prescribed 'hardcore' medication. I was devastated by the 1985 plane crash at Ft. Campbell, KY, and experienced traumatic events during the Iraqi War. In 2017, I was wrongfully evicted and had a court date adjourned due to being 'lockdown' in a VA hospital. The landlord was found guilty of lying. I had a whistleblower complaint regarding safety and fire violations, unrelated to a felon living above me. In 2020, another eviction attempt by the same landlord suddenly disappeared. Now in 2021, I face another eviction. I found an attorney to sue in 2017 but suffered a medical relapse. Given the Michigan statute of limitations, can I ask for a Supreme Court extension to sue the landlord?
