I worked for a large HMO and accepted a job as the head nurse for an oncology infusion center. Two nurses, including one who heads the nurses' union, have been bullying me. The union head nurse threatened me, and I reported it to my supervisor, who did not document it. Now, my managers are angry because I did not write it up, and they say nothing can be done. Is this true, and what should I do?

URGENT! I received an email from Joe's lawyer stating I can pick up all her exhibits and evidence against me today or in the morning. I have two main concerns: 1) What immediate actions should I take given the late delivery of these documents? 2) Does picking up the evidence imply agreement to her submitting it in court? When is it appropriate to file a motion for hearing? I sent in an objection about a problem that has happened, and I forgot to ask for a hearing. I am in another state, so I am going to ask for a teleconference. Should I send in a motion for hearing on that topic or wait for the judge to set the hearing if she wants to? It's a federal case.
