One of our employees claims to have gotten injured while setting off the sprinklers, and we received a notice from a lawyer's office claiming Worker's Comp. The report states she is injured in several places, but we have video evidence contradicting this. Should we stop her from coming to work unless she provides a doctor's notice stating she is eligible to work, despite her injuries? There is an old carriage road that borders my property and my neighbor's property. The neighbor claims the carriage road belongs to him, but both deeds state that Liggontown Road (the carriage road) is the property line. Neither of us has had an official survey. Does the carriage road belong to me as much as it does to him?

They asked me for a continuance yesterday after I requested an expedited hearing. I told them no because my mother has cancer and I am her primary caregiver. I need to continue therapy as of now I can't help her due to the injury. They scheduled a pre-hearing conference for tomorrow. Should I still send the letter out or tell them this tomorrow during the hearing?

I am a business owner trying to collect on a judgment we were awarded from another company. I tried to file a writ of garnishment to freeze their bank account but the clerk said I needed to file a motion for the writ of garnishment with the court. What is the procedure for filing this motion, and what happens after it is filed?
