Our church in North Carolina is considering renovations to include a community center with a cafe/coffee shop, indoor playground, and small meeting rooms, aiming to provide free services like tutoring and seminars. My 30-something unemployed, insomniac son had been prescribed benzodiazepenes for anxiety and insomnia when he was employed and had insurance. This condition is familial. As his father, I shared my benzodiazepene prescription with him because he had none. His girlfriend stole them, and I reported the theft to local authorities. The girlfriend has entered a 'not guilty' plea at the arraignment; trial is next. Do we need documentation of his prescription, or do we already have a problem sharing this prescription for a familial, professionally-diagnosed, disorder?

I have taken out some payday loans in the past. I was contacted by National Pay Day Services claiming I took a $400 loan on 11/11/2008 that I didn't pay back, and they are threatening to send investigators from the Federal Debt Bureau Association to my home or place of business if I don't meet them on Monday. Is this a scam, or are these people for real?

I need to obtain a vehicle repossession court order in the state of Kentucky. I am a lien holder on a horse trailer located in Colorado, and there has been a breach of contract. The recovery company I hired in Colorado informed me that I don't need a court order for recovery, but would a court order help me recover the property?
