I have a small band as a hobby and recorded a CD using several friends. One drummer is angry because he feels we recorded more songs without him, even though it was known that I would use many different people. He threatens to stop the release and cause legal issues. He signed no contract but was implied to be part of the project. I paid for all studio time and no one was paid for performance. On 12/01/11, Albuquerque, NM experienced 90 mph winds that caused our secured trampoline to be blown into a neighbor's yard. The trampoline was undamaged and no damage was done to the neighbor's property. However, two weeks later, we received a call from a man claiming our trampoline damaged his bush and demanding a new one. We never met this man, and his property was vacant at the time. We are now facing court proceedings over this issue. What should we do?
