Our rural neighborhood has 3 properties that are used as party spots for young people. They leave in the wee hours - probably not sober and we are concerned about accidents. They also got rowdy a few nights ago and tipped over a pick up truck. Dangerous stuff. We wonder if there is a liability factor to the property owners, if they are aware of and continue to allow their property to be used this way. What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location. What steps have you taken sofar? Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
