Per a court agreement/order, I was to be sent my computer tower, which was worth over $2,000. The sender was aware of its value and was instructed to properly wrap and insure it. Despite my requests to be FaceTimed during the shipping process to ensure proper handling, the tower arrived shattered and broken, with no fragile label and only $100 in insurance. The sender claims no fault. Given the court order and evidence of my requests, can I take him to small claims court for the full value of the tower?
